As a child my parents always had fun & creative little projects for me. Lots of drawing supplies & coloring books with impossible lines. That progressed to watercolors, oils & leather work. Different types of needle work, sewing & knitting. In addition, weekend trips devoted to museum hopping.

In retrospect, they planted a seed for activities that I continue to enjoy all my life. Today my creative preferences are painting Chinese calligraphy & watercolor, as well as mixed media. I especially enjoy combining both these styles. I also have a growing list of techniques I have yet to attempt!

My husband and I enjoy our two sons, daughter and their families living in close proximity. My professional life involved a MSN, BSN & RN. Another lifetime ago! 🤗
